Why CmomGo For Room Moms?

It's common practice that schools and teachers can't share email addresses of one parent to another parent, etc. We follow that practice in that if a teacher or the room mom were to create a circle and invite the parents, they cannot see the email addresses of the other circle members. Only the teacher or room mom that created the circle can see those email addresses. When we first launched CmomGo that was a common request from several of the schools.

It's pretty cool to have the teachers post pictures throughout the week to the circle so that the parents can see what the little ones are up to - why wait until the end of the school year to see those pictures! With our iPhone app this is even easier now. I also thought it was great when I heard the moms from a last year preschool class were creating a gallery together in which they each posted a picture of the little ones going to kindergarten... so even though the kids all went to different schools the moms and the kids are staying connected and catching up for play dates and breakfast once in a while.

CmomGo iPhone App Is Now Available

Wow - what a long run. Well our app is finally available. See the press release below. The most interesting part of this process was simply how much we learned. I think everyone involved underestimated how much effort it would be to actually deliver on this. As with everything in this journey... twice as long and three times as much money!
